Unfortunately nothing good in life is free, and this adage definitely holds true for hookup sites. You will be able to find a lot of free hookup sites online catering to Canadian hookups. But these are the sites you must be most wary of. Think – if I am not paying, then how are they making their money?
Spyware & Malware
On some of the more insalubrious sites, they may say that to talk to any of the girls online you have to download and install their special chat software. Stop right there. She knows you are attracted to her and now ready for sex, so she has you right where she wants you. A lot of guys will crumble and just pay at this point, having got this far. It would take a tough man not too. The best thing is just to avoid these situations altogether by staying clear of the free sites that attract these escorts.

This leads nicely to the number one best reason for using paid sites. It means that someone had to use real credit card information and their own real money to sign up. You cannot chat to anyone on these sites who doesn’t have a credit card, therefore the chance of them being a fake is small to non-existent.
Another bonus of this is that you know the girls are serious. They have invested money in this and are looking to get as much out of it as you are. They are much less likely to waste your time by stringing you along because it is their time and money they are wasting too. They paid to get laid, just like you.
A positive side-effect of all of this is also that the atmosphere on the site is likely to be far friendlier and less suspicious. Everyone knows what everyone else is there more and it is just about finding the right match. Because you are not constantly worrying about whether the hot girls is a fake or a hooker or a guy, you can just get straight down to the business of hooking up with them.

This should be the motto of the internet. It is how Google makes it billions, and how these free sites make their money too. If you read the T&Cs (which of course nobody ever does) you will likely see a clause saying they are free to sell on your personal information to any third-party they want. They only care about the money, and the hooking up is just a way to entice you to the site. They use the ‘free’ part to get you on their site and from then on anything information you enter, any ad you click on, even where you browse to after you’ve been to their site will be logged, and should along with the information of the hundreds of other guys on the site. They don’t care if you get scammed and they don’t care if you never get laid in your life. They have the information now and that is all that matters.
