Be All You Can Be
Throughout your entire life you will have been told the way to get girls is to “just be yourself”. Bullshit. People will tell you this to boost your confidence but in reality everyone can improve themselves. We’re not telling you to lie, just to present a persona that girls really want. There is nothing more to confidence than a mindset. You just have to believe you are confident and you will become so. Start acting in the ways you know are irresistible to women – confident, charming, strong and fun – and you will become irresistible to women.
This is particularly true with hooking up – you are creating a fantasy for women. They don’t want to hook up with just any guy from Toronto or Calgary, they want Brad Pitt, or Ashton Kutcher, or Ryan Gosling. So if you can be their stand-in then you are already well ahead of the competition.

From all our studies, here are the three things that really worked with profile pictures, interests and descriptions. Putting any or all of these in your profile is a guaranteed way of getting interest.
Picture Tips
If you’ve got a body show it Do you like pictures of women showing a lot of cleavage, a great ass or killer legs? Yep, of course you do. So why is it so strange that girls like pictures of guys with great abs, pecs or arms. Remember this is about hooking up and if you work in the gym to impress women then why hide it in you profile picture. You are exactly the kind of guy these girls dream about hooking up with – someone who is strong and muscular and that they can boast to their friends about: “You should have seen this guy I hooked up with last night. He was super buff!”
So if you have that in your locker make sure you use it to create the fantasy talked about earlier. If you haven’t then a) I suggest getting down the gym. It will definitely increase your chances of hooking up and b) look at the other advice here and use it to your advantage. We’ve all seen so-so guys with hot women. Their confidence and charm is what got them there, so make sure you are great at both.
Add a little mystery
Again, this isn’t a dating site. You don’t need to show how kind you are to puppies or all the charity work you do. The women on these sites are looking for something illicit. They are looking for the strong, confident type so don’t be afraid to show that in your picture. You don’t have to be staring into the camera, all smiles. It works well if you are focused on something away from the screen and have a brooding look on your face. It all adds to the mystery and bad-guy image for the women.
Do Something
If the first two aren’t going to work for you, make sure you are doing something in the picture. Playing an instrument may be a cliché but it works. The Best Descriptions
Trying to combine all we learnt from over 20 profiles descriptions we set up, here are examples of a good dating profile for hooking up, and the top three that got responses from women:
- “Like to rock out with my band, or chill on my own acoustically. 27-year old making my own way in the world”
- “6-foot, 25-year old. Quarterback in college, investor in the real world. Just looking for some good fun with some good girls.”
- “Old school guy, 29. Likes hunting, fishing, oil and muscle.”
Each of these fits into a different category. The first attracted more hippy girls. The second more classy women (and a couple wondering if we wanted “good fun with bad girls”) and the last got girls who just want something quick and dirty, like some girls just crave.
